MEDIC

BEING

As a Medic, remember that you're here to heal your teammates. Heal everyone you can with your medical axe. If you don't like to just heal people, change to another class! Tell your teammates to use the bind "saveme" to alert you of dying teammates. The players will shout out "MEDIC" when they press the bind. In the newer versions of TF, the medic can heal others to full health with one blow, and now he can heal others past full health also. The medic also has regeneration abilities, so take some time to chill during hectic battles and get your health back. Use your concussion grenades to hold off your enemies. Use your super nailgun too. It can destroy a lot of the slower classes with some good circle-strafing. Don't forget your Bioweapon! When you're face-to-face with the enemy, whip ot your axe and infect them. The infection spreads faster than a house-fire once the enemy goes back to their base. The infection doesn't stop until the victim finds a medic.

AGAINST

If you see a Medic with his Axe out, you better start running backwards, while giving him all you've got! An infection almost always ends up in death of some kind (either by it, or by weakening you at a bad time). If you do get sick, by all means stay away from teammates! It's a major pain to be infected by someone on your own team, especially if the Medic ain't around. For some reason many who get infected instantly run to their resupply room. This is the last thing you want to do, so watch out for infected teammates. Avoid those concussion grenades as best as possible. If you get hit by one, you're pretty much out of commission for half a minute or so. Run to the nearest hiding place and wait for it to pass, or seek a Medic to help you recover. It's probably not a good idea to fire at all if you have the grenande or rocket launcher. You'll most likely end up killing yourself, a teammate, or at least wasting ammo.
